Travel Sync is a tool operated by Social Connector that, at your direction, signs in to your MWR Life back office using credentials you supply and copies your Enrollment Team information — names, join dates, ranks, statuses, and (for people you personally sponsored) contact details — into your own Social Connector account.
Nothing is imported until you connect your account and start your first sync. Travel Sync acts only on your instruction and only on the account whose credentials you provide. You may stop it at any time from your dashboard, and changing your MWR password also stops it immediately.
By connecting, you confirm that:
The MWR Life account is your own, and you are entitled to access and export the data in it.
You have reviewed MWR Life's Policies & Procedures, your Lifestyle Consultant agreement, and any other terms that apply to you, and you are satisfied that using a tool of this kind is permitted.
You will keep yourself informed if those policies change, and you will stop the sync if it ever conflicts with them.
We are not able to interpret MWR Life's agreements on your behalf, and we make no representation that this tool is approved or endorsed by MWR Life. That determination is yours.
Importing a contact is not permission to market to them. You remain responsible for having the consent required to email, text, or call each person, and for complying with the laws that apply to you and to them. You are also responsible for any automations in your account that run when contacts are imported or tagged.
We read your Enrollment Team report. We never place orders, change settings, or modify anything in your MWR Life account.
Your credentials are stored encrypted and used only by the automated sync. No member of our team signs in to your MWR Life account, and our staff cannot read your password.
We do not sell your data or your team's data, share it with third parties, use it for our own marketing, or combine it with another consultant's data. It goes to your CRM account and nowhere else.
Travel Sync depends on MWR Life's website continuing to work the way it does today. If MWR Life changes, restricts, or blocks access, syncing may slow, break, or stop, possibly without notice. We will fix what we reasonably can, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and the service is provided as is. You should not rely on Travel Sync as your only record of your business — MWR Life's back office remains the source of truth.
Pause syncing any time from your dashboard. You can also disconnect completely from the same place, which deletes your stored MWR login, your cached session, and every record Travel Sync holds for you. That is immediate and cannot be undone. Contacts already imported stay in your own CRM account, where they belong to you — disconnecting does not remove or untag them.
